In general, we collect information about potential candidates through research of publicly available channels, such as professional information that our candidates have posted about themselves on social media and on job pages. We will contact the candidates to ask them if they are interested in being contacted about job opportunities, and invite them to elaborate information about themselves and with their consent verify their information in our CV database with the aim of passing the information on to our customers.
How we collect information:
We collect information through many channels from publicly available pages on the Internet. For example, we search professional social networking sites and from job websites with professional information as people post about themselves directly from you as a candidate. We will invite you to confirm your information about yourself if we have identified you as a potential candidate for a position for which we have been asked to find a candidate. We will also invite you to keep your information for 12 months in our database with the aim of offering you other future job opportunities through your use of our website and interaction with us. You may look at our website and we may use tracking tools to understand your use of our website. We will also store other information about our interactions such as the interactions. our correspondence both via emails and through social media
In our database, we strive to always collect the following information:

We use information about our candidates as follows:
- To match the professional profile, we've compiled and categorized our candidates in a database for the posts we've been asked to fill in for our customers it includes related administration such as invoice and bills.
- To communicate with the candidates about our services. We inform our candidates about a position that they might be interested in and we invite to provide additional information about themselves and/or ask for their consent to keep their profile in our CV database with the aim of being able to forward it to our customer.
- For marketing purposes. Candidates may be contacted with commercial offers or with campaigns if they have agreed to receive such emails to monitor our services. We use your information to understand how our service is being used and creating improvements. We encourage candidates to participate in market research and use their feedback to improve our services to verify the information and for security purposes.
We will be able to use the information to monitor the collected data map to protect the security surrounding our website and our database to avoid misuse of the information it contains.
Our supplier ensures that all information is stored according to the GDPR regulatory framework.
The legal basis for the processing of data:
- The consent or explicit consent of the data subject, where applicable law so requires
- To ensure that Tech10 complies with legal or contractual requirements or a requirement necessary to conclude a contract

The information we collect about you is stored in our CV database and in our Customer Relations Management system (CRM).
All data are stored in Denmark or in the EU or other Western countries.
How long will we keep your information?
The information we collect (name, contact data, work experience, training data on our collaboration, etc.) is available in our database for 12 months from the date on which the information was included in our database or from the date on which the candidate had the latest contact with us. The information we collect from your device, your browser and to the way you navigate our web site's content is only used at an overall level, in a way that it cannot be traced directly back to you. The information you provide to us when, for example, you are not going to be a member of the European Union. Downloaded material from the website or registers you to receive news and events will be stored for 12 months from the latest contact.
Your rights?
You can ask us to see the information we have about you at any time correct the information if it is factually incorrect, delete your personal data or limit the use of your data.
We will treat your request with respect to ensure that your rights are properly processed.
